Good Luck and Work Hard

Inter-school's competition is just around the corner, I do hope you guys can perform well and get the glory for the school, for the coach, for your seniors and also for yourselves. Work as hard as you guys are able to, don't leave any regrets behind, don't you guys have a target? Move towards it. Don't slack off, especially when competition is closing. I'm sure you guys felt it before, the urge and thought to train harder and achieve better results the next time every time a competition is over. I felt it before and i hate it so much, why not work harder and get the results you want? Rather than telling yourselves the same thing over and over again. Volleyball skills are developed with time and trainings, the more you train, the more you will learn, don't just stay at the same pace, everyday there are new things to learn, squeeze your brain juice and think how to improve. Volleyball is a team game, not some solo sport. Players may quarrel at times but never let emotions eat you up, you like volleyball right? Just stick to it, there's no problem that can't be solved. Express your opinion, don't keep it in your hearts, this way your team mates will know your thoughts and can have a better teamwork. Care for your team mates, they are the people that help you towards victory, they are the ones who dig and set the ball for you to spike. I'm saying this because I want you guys to know the importance of the relationship between players, cherish them.

First of all, congratulation to all under 14 players, you all have done yr best in the competition. U all finally understand tat why u all need to train hard after gone through the competition. This is really a good thing. ^^ Our dream to let chvb no.1 in Miri all depend on you all. Remember, although all chvb players will separate one day, BUT the chvb SPIRIT will not go. I love u all and chvb ^^. Lastly, all must train harder after chinese new year holiday. We must keep going toward our dream. Jia you all !!!! Lastly, Happy Chinese New Year To U all !!!
